worst place to live please do not live here. they up rent but can’t fix any apartments to make it worth paying so much. i’m convinced they’re nosey people and wanna see what everyone’s apartment looks like, doing “inspections” but then don’t get back to anyone on actually fixing anything. and when they give dates to come into the apartments they give a wide range and you’re stuck waiting to see when they will stop by. and when the office is closed on holidays, they don’t ever give a notice they just close and if you need to add money to your wash card to wash clothes (YES YOU HAVE TO PAY MORE) you can’t and have to wait the days it says on the paper on the office the day of AND the extra days they apparently decide not to work. you’ll also be charged for not bringing a fire extinguisher into the office to get checked when they always used to go into the apartments. “security” is lazy and is rude to the wrong people. and don’t even get me started on how small the laundry rooms are, half the washers/dryers don’t work. you “cant have a big dog” yet some people own husky’s when the people that live close to the office get yelled at for having a “big” dog.

if I can leave a 0 star I would, don’t even bother to live here look somewhere else. too many problems in these apartments in my opinion and the residents. security patrol supposably doing “their work” when they just sit in their cars and be on their phones, AC broke down?? they will come fix in a WEEK and still break down again within months. Mold in bathrooms, countertops broken and won’t even get new ones, entrance door broken for years, cant even feel safe leaving your car parked outside due to not enough parking lots, too expensive to be living here for many things that can’t even be fixed. NOT WORTH IT!!!!

BAD MANAGEMENT!!!! LOTS OF ROACHES AND TRASH BINS ARE ALWAYS OVER FLOWING!!!!! LOTS OF ROBBERIES ON CARS AND LOTS OF DAMAGING ON CARS!!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!

No effort in the up keeping of these apartments. Trash is always over filled . un motorized vehicles taking up all parking spots. Vehicles always parked on red zones breaking violations, I cant imagine if there was a fire here how bad it would be for emergency crews to get in here. The landscape is horrible around all the apartments. Front gate has never worked.
