So you guys have Gates but anybody can go in. :/ one side of this apartments look good & neat and perfect & the other side looks like shiit why is that.(staff )I hope you guys are bilingual,the public needs to know the exact time to get a hold of you for info & days.Also our family shouldn't be concerned for property if you must hire a security do so.

The first day my dad moved here they stole his tire that he had behind his trunk and weeks after they tried stealing his car. THERE IS NO ROACHES OR BEES !!!! Everthing is good besides the robbing situation but thereâs robbers everywhere so you basically canât do anything about it ð¤·ð»ââï¸

Nice Beautiful Apartments quiet most of the time friendly Neighbors. On the outskirts of the coachella valley is alittle on the down side but plenty of store and shops just down the street. The apartments are nice in appearance on the inside nice layout. But overall i enjoying spending my leaisurely time out at these apartments....

Cars are broken into every night if you have kids there is always crack heads wondering out side stray dogs that attack you when you walk out side management will not fix anything u request but if you own nice things they will go in your unit when you are not home and steal from you I caught the Fat managers in my house when I was coming home from work management gives the keys to maintenance they walk in your house when every they want I strongly recommend this conman management get shut down donât move in here unless you really give up on life and donât own anything worth value that u canât bolt into the ground

Pipes are leaking through the walls. Very bad insect problems, both roaches and bees. The bees are coming in through the walls. Made several attempts to get these problems addressed but the management doesn't seem to care. Even the bug guys keep telling us that just spraying isn't going to help because they need to fog each building entirely. Spraying a unit isn't going to help anything. They need to clear the whole building. It's been a terrible experience.
