If you have three cars, good luck finding parking. You’re only allowed two parking permits inside the apartment complex, so the third car has to be parked outside where the street is already packed. Most of the time there’s little to no space, and it ends up looking like a complete mess with cars everywhere. The two permit limit also makes it harder if you’re planning to rent out a room since additional tenants may not have anywhere to park. Management has been disappointing. There are also serious roach problems throughout the property. On top of that, many amenities and maintenance issues go unresolved, including broken sinks, leaking pipes, and other repairs. Overall, the lack of parking, poor management, pest issues, and maintenance problems make this a frustrating place to live.

I love living there very quiet, very respectful neighbors. Everyone was willing to help when I was moving out around the apartments. The only thing parking is bad after 5 PM.
